Osteam is a focused industrial technology firm based in the Netherlands. We build operational software and applied AI for manufacturing SMEs in the Brainport Eindhoven region, a hub for applied technology, precision manufacturing, and high-mix, low-volume production.
We were founded on a direct observation: manufacturing SMEs in this region run sophisticated production environments, yet manage planning, shop floor data, and operations on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Not because better systems do not exist, but because none of them are built around a small manufacturing shop.
Osteam exists to change that.
